| Improv(ed) Legal Skills is a New York State Continuing Legal Education accredited course where participants earn three (3) CLE credits in the “skills” category while developing the ability to win more cases, negotiate higher settlements and attract new clients. Most attorneys are not aware that “thinking fast and reacting in the moment” can mean the difference between success and failure as a lawyer. This course will cover dealing with the unexpected, intuition, listening, agreement and other critical legal skills that are supported by the fundamentals of improvisation. While most CLE “skills” courses simply give you information, Improv(ed) Legal Skills gives you the opportunity to practice in a safe and comfortable environment. (This course is approved for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys. For a copy of our financial aid policy, or to apply for financial aid please contact Tommy Galan at GalanLaw@aol.com.)
